The removable tailgate and side rails are constructed of powder coated 16 gauge steel, ensuring durability and versatility. The foot release dump latch and tilt trailer bed make loading and unloading a breeze, and the pass-through axle provides extra ground clearance. The order arrived earlier than estimated. 2 Boxes - the tire box is OK while the other box is HEAVY!. It looks like it got a little dinger during shipping, but nothing noticeable after we put the wagon to use. Instructions were clear - big illustrations. The small parts were in a vacuum-pack board and labeled. It took about an hour to assemble with a pair of pliers and a socket set (4 different nut sizes). I broke down the big box and used that as a workstation, because I started on the porch, and didn't want to scuff the decking. I quickly moved to the driveway, though and used the box there, too. The paint coating is good; no scuffs or anything after banging the wrench against it a few times. The trailer dump release pedal is sturdy and works fine. The wheels are big and rugged. Bought this to use around the property, im very impressed with how the manufacturer has gone above and beyond on the quality of their work. The instructions for assembly are very clear, easy to follow and have picture reference. I have put this little trailer through its paces hauling stuff around the property and am very pleased how well it handles the terrain. If you are looking for a great trailer that is heavy duty steel and will last a lifetime, then look no further. I ordered this to haul garden tools around and not have to keep goin back to the barn For. Every. Little. Thing. First I think I need a rake. Then it's actually a shovel. Then a bag for trimmings. And a seat. And another bag. Pruners. I can load it all up at once. . Husband says it's well made and the assembly instructions are actually useful! People that said lousy directions probably shouldn’t even use something like this as they don’t have a clue. For a change, wonderful pictorial, directions with minimal words that just listed the parts needed for that step, and all the parts were clearly labeled in a cell of wrapped board. Other than one little step where all it took was some common sense and paying attention to the picture where if you did it wrong, it would’ve caused you some grief and had to undo it and redo that one section. Everything snapped together just really easily with bolts, as it was supposed to. It is heavy duty. It can be done with one person. I did it myself in less than an hour. The only item I don’t like is that the receiver hitch does not fit onto a standard 2 inch receiver hitch that would go onto like a ATV or a Truck, it needs some sort of modification which I will figure out. But if that’s all it is, I’m very happy so far. I will repost in several months after I’ve put this beast to the test, but I have no doubts about that.
