The media could not be loaded. I love this faux plant! Sometimes the faux ones can look like too much plastic but this one looks really good! The leaves can be bent to be more realistic. I really like that it comes in a wicker pot so you don’t have to buy any additional pieces. It looks great in the corner of a room. It was super easy to put together, I did it in a matter of minutes. I’ve had a few real palm tree plants before and could never keep them alive no matter how hard I tried so decided I wanted an artificial one. This came with a tree base and a bunch of bigger palm leaves bunches together and a tiny little wicker basket vase type thing for it to stand on. What I love was the ease of assembly, I just put the trunk into the base and then took out the fluffy palm leaves that were bundled up together and placed them in the little round slots on the branches organizing them how I wanted to. You can bend them to kind of turn them in different directions to make them look more fuller and fluffy. It’s about 5 feet tall all together and looks pretty real-which I love because I cannot keep the real ones alive!! It’s also pretty heavy and solid meaning it won’t tip over easily unless someone actually forces it over. The only thing I am going to change is the little basket thing it sits in is much smaller than the photo so I am going to get a bigger ceramic pot to put it in, I think that will make it look a bit more elegant than that tiny and cheaper looking thing it’s sitting in. It is a mystery to me why others wrote such glowing reviews about these palms. Of the ones I received, several of the insertion holes in the bottom stems were missing, so I wasn't able to attach the leaves to them. Also, the enclosed baskets were not only ridiculously tiny in relation to the size of the plants, but were squashed so badly in the shipping box as to be rendered totally unusable. Why even bother to send them? The photos were bogus as well, the pots being obviously blown up to look more in proportion to the plants. Moral: you can't always go by the reviews to make your decision on any one item ... show more

I wanted to have some greenery in my photo studio, this is a perfect addition. the size is just perfect, and the weighted base makes it easy to not only move and place somewhere with confidence, but also makes sure it doesnt topple over. Very nice Areca Palm tree. Realistic looking even from just a few feet away. The woven pot that comes with it is nice but you will probably want to upgrade it to a more substantial pot. It requires just a bit of assembly and "tweaking" of the branches to get them just right, but it's worth it. Good value for a lovely Palm tree. ... show more
