Got this for my mother for Christmas and she’s been using it nonstop to play the Sims 4! Only real issue she’s had is the letters on the keys are nearly impossible to see if you’re not at a perfect angle. She sits in a darker room so that might also be part of the problem but I’ve gotten her a lamp though so that’ll help I think. It’s actually super thin, a little problematic to open it if your hands don’t work as well as they used to. The screen is very much touch screen! Works as it should! I’m used to a regular pc so the battery life isn’t what I’d like but my mom just plugs it up when she needs to. I think it’s better to just sit it at a desk than any lap leaning or having it on the bed. Overall it’s good for what we need it for. And my issues are only the tiny bit! It looks like it would be a really nice computer, but I couldn't activate Windows 11. When I checked into it from the main company, they sent me new codes to activate Windows 11 but nothing worked. The charger looks very cheap. Very disappointed. I am sending it back.

I expected more from this laptop, especially with its advertised specifications. Laptop is very unstable, will not hold my settings. I was constantly recovering the laptop. I really did want it to work…but was not to be…….so back it’s going.

The touchscreen is great! I use it for education training and some interactive apps. Camera quality on meetings and Bluetooth connections good. Body seems to be holding up ok. It travels with me 3-4 times a week out if the house in a padded laptop "purse". The back light keyboard stopped working a few months in. The battery life SUCKS! Near always plugged in. I had to get MS office suite separate and install. The knock off word and excel programs it came with were in a language I didn't understand. I bought during a "sale" due to price being some much lower than non sale price. A few days after the sale the non sale price was listed as only a wee bit more than the price I paid. I was duped. For my use of 4-12 hrs per week it's ok at best. I can hook a USB C multi adapter up and run a second screen well on it, so it might replace my out of date home desk top soon. The hard drive space is nice, but still not worth it just for that and the nice touch screen. ... show more
