Shipping was very late, even when purchased with prime account. I waited forever. Bed comes in 2 boxes and one is extremely large and heavy. Bed is for a Twin XL mattress and NOT a regular size twin. Now I’ll have to spend more money to buy 3 twin xl mattresses to fit the bed or I have the option to break down the bed and ship it back. Either way, it’s an inconvenience and costly. The screws stick out and is a major safety hazard. Some of the holes where you screw the bolts in were too small and or stripped. The instructions were printed very tiny and instructions were not easy to follow. In terms of quality, the bed material itself looks durable and looks like it can last and endure a lot in a kids room. However, it is extremely tall and may not fit in most rooms. My kids can no longer turn on their ceiling fan. Also, it would have been nice to have either another ladder or the option to place it on the other side. The ladder is fixed to one side only. WHY DOES AMAZON SELL CRAP LIKE THIS?! This triple bunk is awful to put together, just awful. Took an entire day to do because the instructions (if you can even call it that) doesn’t explain anything, so we had to take parts off that were on wrong and put the right part on because it doesn’t explain anything. A few part were labeled only. Just a nightmare. We put one twin mattress on the top and it’s not long enough. RIDICULOUS! I want a partial refund for having to buy a bigger bed!!! Twin XL hopefully will fit. Otherwise, the top is completely useless. And the screws stick out which is a hazard! You can see it in the photo. You might like the price like I did, but keep looking! Such a headache! ... show more

I bought this bunk set for my kiddos & it was an absolute nightmare putting it together. The instruction manual is so unclear it took me 3 days to figure it out. The bed is unstable, most of the pieces didn’t fit & I had to go purchase more screws myself to complete this project. Fast forward…..the screws are loose & I have to go tighten them up every so often. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The top bunk front side rail is dented and in the second picture you can see that the legs are bent they are not straight or sturdy also one of the support rails for the top bunk is not able to be connect due to the bed having improper defects where some wholes are missing where we are supposed to add the screws this is horrible I’m upset I didn’t expect this at all ... show more

The instructions make no sense at all, WORSE THAN IKEA, the metal pieces are sharp and jagged, the top bunk is WAY too long, does not fit a standard twin size bed. There wasn’t enough screws and the ones provided were way too long and stick out. It’s not worth the money. Just don’t buy it..
