The customer service from this company is excellent. I accidentally placed my order for a California King size instead of a King. I was devastated because the shipping to return the bed was more than the cost, so I emailed the company and explained my problem. Even though their policy states that return shipping is not covered, they offered to help me out by providing free shipping return labels. This meant that I could exchange my bed for the correct size. I am beyond happy with my service and will buy products from this company in the future. We ordered this when our last bed frame (slats) broke. This bed frame seemed sturdier and more durable. I took a chance on the blue color and absolutely love it! It did take a bit to put together. Maybe a couple of hours for one person but it was worth it! Great price for a lovely bed.

Well didn’t quite know what to expect with beds on Amazon. We just order a different type of bed the week and it broke. So decided to give this one a try it came in 2 boxes as most reviews state. The few problems this installs one is that there are reviews of missing hardware and I was missing almost 10 washers and had to go buy more, secondly the “FB FEET” is not the best design not because of sturdiness but because when your following the instructions you have to drill the FB feet on to the other side parts of the bed but from under and there has to be a way to drill from the top without having to flip the bed upside down and compromising the frame. You’ll see what I’m talking about and don’t let this make you not purchase the bed it’s Gold and installation was easy as cake but drilling from above ensures you get the proper leverage on screws and I stripped two. one on each side of the FB FEET cuz I had to screw them in from under and it was hard to get pressure on my drill laying down. Anyhow my Fiance and soon to be wife loves the bed and I love it and hopefully we enjoy it as long as we can. ... show more

The bed came in 2 large and heavy packages. Putting it together didn’t make sense at first but after the first 2 hours it makes sense. you 100% need a power drill, not a hammer. do not use a hammer the wood will split. this is definitely a 2 person job, make sure you have a buddy to help you lift and angle certain parts so that it’s easier all the way around. wouldn’t pay for someone to assemble it but highly suggest a buddy. bed is absolutely beautiful. doesn’t make any sounds. it’s so sleek and upgraded my entire room. I have no complaints only yays. make sure that your power drill is charged. total time to put together was about 4 hours with 2 people (one run to home depot because our drill died and charger was missing in action). over all great quality for price and seems really solid and sturdy. i can see this lasting atleast 2-3 years. oh make sure you keep the directions incase you move houses and need to put it together again! ... show more

My husband doesn't like to make furniture purchases without thousands of reviews 😅 but after I saw this bed I had to try it! And I'm in LOVE! Such a pretty bed, very sturdy and doesn't squeak or move when moving/getting out of bed! So satisfied with the purchase. It's soft and beautiful and everything we expected.
