  • Useful Budgeting and Bill Tracking Tool
Color: Black
This planner has space for essential information, such as the names of banks with which I deal, routing number, debit card number, passwords, pins, etc. I have more than one checking account. There is room for both. There are plenty of spaces to write in Certificates of Deposit. I use a section called "Notes" to indicate interest rate and maturity date. Following that section there are two pages for each of 48 months to summarize monthly income, savings, and debts. I can write in monthly goals. That is where I specify how much I want to save, how much I will give to charity, and when certain bills that only come quarterly will go. On the opposing page, I can write in up to 20 monthly bills. What I like about this part is that when something is delayed or lost in the mail, I can check the date I usually pay it and call the creditor if necessary to avoid late fees. A summary at the bottom of the page is similar to a bank statement. I can summarize my opening balance, total income, total expenses, the difference, total savings, and balance forward. Then I analyze the biggest spending area and my smallest spending area. There are two sets of pages on which to write a summary of the year's expenses and income. At the back is a debt payment tracker for mortgages, car loans, credit card debt, etc. There are also some blank pages (lined with dots) for any notes I wish to make. Not only do I use this, but I am going to give one to my nephews who are graduating from high school. ... show more

  • Just easier for tracking things
Color: Green
A few months ago, my bank app was glitching and I couldn't access my accounts. I'm nearly 60, so I'm old enough to have had everything financial in a binder or notebook, to track bills and such. I went digital like everyone else. But the past few years of having hackers taking entire systems or companies hostage and locking folks out of accounts? Nope, that's not gonna let me sleep at night, lol. So, I got this. I have comfort having it written down, on paper, as a back-up. And, I like having as a visual. It's familiar. It's easy to use, very detailed columns. I like how it's broken up. It's a nice notebook, with a sturdy cover. The pages are thicker, not thin and easy to tear or that lets ink bleed through to easily. For me, it works great. Rather than have to open an app to see if a bill got paid, I can open the notebook. Then, if needed, open the app to confirm. It works as a companion piece to your electronic financial management. ... show more

  • Excited for organization
Color: Green
I got this to help with budgeting/stay on track and to become more financially aware of our spending. As well as an easy communicator on finances- all one would need is to look in the book to see what has or hasnt been paid or what our budget is for the month in each area. We were just using a standard notebook so this is a huge upgrade and much more organized and seems to have it all. For a 4 year planner the price seems great and the plastic cover should help to hold up over the years of use. Not excited about the bills but I'm excited get organized and to not have the anxiety looming over the mess of money/bills stored in my head. ... show more

  • A Four-Year Financial Planner
Color: Green
I had been writing my monthly bill list on a small piece of paper each month, mostly to keep track of bills received and paid. This planner does that and so much more. I love how I will be able to look at my spending trends over months and years, where I can save money, and where I can put funds for special events like vacations, gifts, etc. It will really help me budget. I will not list all the features as there are many, but they are all shown and listed in the description of this planner. The planner is nicely made, and it is a little larger than my normal monthly planner, but this is something that I will not be carrying around with me. I very much recommend! ... show more

  • Great to stay on track!
Color: Black
My husband and I keep our finances separate. It's just easier especially because we run separate businesses and he has a prior marriage and financial obligations. I was always finding little notepads with his bills/expenses on them. I saw this notebook and knew he needed to have it! At first he scowled but then he was super excited that it was 48 months of planning in one spot. It has a great layout and is easy to follow. This is a nice option for those who want to track their bills the old school way- sometimes you have to write things out to see it in black and white vs. doing it on a computer/app. Highly recommend! ... show more

  • Nice
Color: Green
This is a very nice bill tracker. It has multiple different sections for recording different financial information. There seems to be plenty of room for everything I need to record. I do wish there was a blank section though that I could title it myself. For instance, I work three jobs so there isn’t quite enough room to record all my paychecks in the income section. Otherwise this is a nicely made book and will help keep your finances in order. ... show more
