I have only had this scope for $ days, but, I was able to Range site in Scope Saturday. I watched a YouTube.com claiming that this was a lot of extras, in a low budget high powered scope. He was right. I have never owned a scope priced over #1,400. I can clearly state that the Quality of glass is excellent, along with the clear sharp MOA reticle. The turret Clicks are very soft and quite, not sharp and definite, as I like. The illumination of the reticle was surprising, the red illumination was visible in full sunlight throughout my Range day, I have it mounted on an AR-15 delivering 300 AAC. Only9 shots needed to zero. I had a little problem bringing the target in clear focus and I have seen reviews that state the same effect. I will be trying again evaluate this further. Another surprising features is the eye relief. Small, but decent manual states eye relief at @4". Take that as a conservative estimate, mine is 4 1/2" I do not own a scope with such an eye relief spread. This gave me more prereferral vision, but, a Clear, defined optical sight picture. the scope featured offerings only found on $500 and up scopes. I highly recommend this scope for an entry level shooter or hunter, or for any shooter looking for a quality inexpensive scope. ... show more

I purchased this scope to give it a try. The price was too hard to pass up for a ffp scope with brass internals and all the other features. I was surprised with the clarity of the optic, it tracks very well, holds zero, and the reticle is easy to see at all magnification levels. I did notice that when you get to the top of the magnification level, the eye box can be a little finicky. It can be a bit harder to get the right angle to see through to get the sight picture. You just have to take your time and get lined up behind the scope. I’ve seen other people complain about the center dot when at top magnification. At top magnification, the center dot will match a one inch circle on the target at 100 yards. This scope is on a hunting rifle, so this doesn’t bother me. I also had no issues taking shots out at further distances than 100 yards. I think this scope is a good value. I’m happy I purchased it. It will serve its purpose perfectly for me. ... show more

I have used A LOT of scopes in my life from all different makers. This isn't a high end Leupold or Nightforce but the fit, finish, function, and glass are excellent even for a scope that would cost 2-3X more than this one. Without a doubt the best value in a scope I have ever purchased. It's mounted on a 50bmg and holds zero reliably... get it. UPDATE: I have now put over 100 rounds through the 50bmg this is mounted on and it is still holding rock solid and tracks beautifully. Many people who have looked through it at the range come back weeks later with their own and love it. ... show more

By far the best scope I own. The glass clarity could be better especially at 3x but the clarity is the same at 3 as is at 18 power so I can't really complain since it's consistent. Very stable scope and holds 0 even when being knocked around or dropped. Love the color scheme since it matches my gauntlet 2 with the coyote tan and black look. Lots of goodies included in the box. Comes nicely packaged, so nice that I refuse to throw away the box it came in. The clicks on the turrets are audible and crisp, the parallax is a great addition but in the heat of the moment you might accidentally turn the wrong cap and accidentally unscrew the cap to the battery which is on the outside of the parallax. Takes some getting used to but nothing that makes me want to return it. Nice length and the weight on it isn't bad either. The reticle does increase in size as you zoom in and the dot will get very large over the target if you're completely zoomed in but it's still manages to put the shot where you placed it. The light up function is good but the brightness from high to low doesn't vary that much when going from high brightness to low. All in all I would definitely buy it again. ... show more

I got this scope with hopes of having some of the features on higher priced scopes without breaking the bank. Under the higher magnification it is not as clear or crisp an image, but it is still not bad considering the price point. All the high-end features work fine. I do like the fact I can feel the clicks when adjusting and even hear them quite well. I have had scopes you can't even feel the clicks on. I am satisfied enough that I did purchase another scope after this one with a little more magnification and like it as well. I have also purchased their rings in the same dark earth color to match the scope in a medium profile to get the scope a little closer to the barrel. Quite pleased with my purchase. ... show more

    • Almost perfect... but one fatal flaw.

This scope is almost a dream come true with its incredible affordability, durable build, and features usually only seen in scopes $500+ ; however, the center reticle ruined the whole package for me. The scope works great up to about 9x and then beyond that the center of the reticle becomes so large that at 200-300 yards the reticle is bigger than anything you would want to hunt. This seems like something monstrum could easily fix in future models... but as for this one I will have to return it and continue my search for a quality scope that fits all of my needs. ... show more
