I first heard this unit at a bed and breakfast and was very pleased with the surrounding-sound like quality. I bought one to help our groups learn new songs and get familiar with them. Pros: Plenty of power, smart operations, very good sound, looks sharp, audio adjustments are limited but very good, sound quality very good, huge wheels to drag across a lawn, Bluetooth is excellent, very rugged. The Monster had little volume the bass was weak and a full 7 hour charge didn't even last an hour. I sent the Monster back at the UPS store as I was instructed to do. I want my REFUND of $238.16 !!!!!!!! Where is my refund ? I want my refund placed back on my credit card ending in 7850. Immediately
