Received this product fairly quickly. However, the box was damaged. The product looks nothing like what is pictured. Mine was pink. The product was also very, very light and no instructions came with. I plugged the unit in and turned it on, however, it did not turn on. I thought maybe I didn't have it connected properly, so I tried again. Still not working. I would not recommend this item. It is very cheaply made, too light to be considered of good quality. When I contacted the seller to return the item, I was told I would have to pay the postage to return a defective item. Not happy at all. Return postage would cost just about as much as I paid for the unit. Very poor customer service. Don't waste your money as I did! UPDATE: I have since contacted the Seller and told them about the situation. The seller agreed to send me a new one. I did receive the new one, tried it out and it works great! I thought this was a drill for nails. I bought it to take off my shellac. It did not work at all. It was more of a work drill.

Obviously, I knew it was cheap going in, but I was not prepared for the level of cheapness. For a quick easy job, this will work. If you need to get some miles out of a dremel, it will not. If the cord was longer it would be much better. It shuts off evert few seconds, so, I figure I have about ten more uses before it just quits working. I should have known better. ... show more

    • Stopped working after 1 use.
This item worked once and failed when I tried to use it the second time. The bit attachment is not well made either. But knowing I would not return it, I decided to take it apart and try to find the trouble. I was able to find that the cause of the failure was the transformer. It is supposed provide 9v DC output. My meter showed 7.5v DC. That should have at least made it run at a slower speed, but either the cord was faulty or the plug was. Possibly both were. I connected another multi volt transformer and the motor ran just fine at 9v DC and also at 7.5v DC. I threw out the bad transformer that came with the product. ... show more
