  • Great, inexpensive, good looking standing desk!
Color: Rustic Brown Size: 55
This desk delivers on all of its promises. The only caveat is that with such a light (albeit solid) tabletop, there is a bit of wobble —especially for energetic typists. Nothing that a little bit of hacking can't fix, however. Major kudos for the clear assembly instructions, spare parts, and clearly labeled elements all-around! Recommended purchase! ... show more

  • Modern, spacious desk and great customer service!
Color: Natural Size: 71
I've had this desk for almost 2 months now, and I'm really happy with it. The desk is solid and was easy to put together since all the parts were labeled and the tools were included. I bought it mainly for its size, and the spacious surface is perfect for my setup. As a standing desk, it's also great for when I need a break from sitting. The modern design looks great in my home office. One small issue: during assembly, I tightened a screw too tightly, and it led to a small crack in the surface. However, the company’s customer service was excellent - they promptly resolved the issue by sending me a replacement part. I really appreciate their responsiveness and willingness to help. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend this desk to anyone looking for a stylish, functional, and huge workspace! ... show more

  • Great value for the money
Being new to standing desks, I didn't want to sink a lot of money into this. Amazon seemed to have the best prices overall, so after my initial research, I narrowed down my choices to what they offered. It was easy to narrow down the choices there because I wanted a keyboard tray and didn't want the bother of finding one that would work with the desk. That narrowed it down to Fezibo and Monomi. Price and reviews were pretti similar. I made my choice based on having a single versus a dual motor. My reasoning was that at this low price point, having two motors sync with each other over a long time seemed unlikely. Maybe that was faulty reasoning, but it's what I used. When the package arrived, it was seriously heavy. I never lifted it. I just tipped it into the house and pushed it across the floor. Assembly was easy, though better labeling would have helped. Having to examine the diagram to examine small details to make sure that I had the correct part in the correct direction was annoying. Directions for the keyboard tray seemed to be an afterthought and were poor. Especially regarding which screws were to be used where. Still assembly only took around an hour, by myself. I did have help setting it upright when I finished. For me the desk is very sturdy. However, I don't use it at its full height. I'm wet at 40 inches. It easily accommodates my 34 inch monitor, desk phone, 1st gen echo, portable scanner and all the papers that I'm working on. I noticed some reviews that complained about the seam in the middle of the two boards. This isn't an issue for me, but if you do drawing or something that requires a full smooth desktop, you should probably look at single piece desktops. You won't be happy with this one. Movement is smooth. the emergency stop, or whatever they call it when it hits an object and stops, works. I've hit things in both directions. It was very easy to program my presets and the system has not dumped them. The biggest weakness is the keyboard tray. It is small and not as sturdy as I would like. I use a small keyboard and it does fit with my mouse. The problem is that the mouse has very little room to move. I do keep it on my desktop. The plastic that it is made out of just feels cheap because it has more give than I am used to. So far it works fine, I'm just not thrilled with it. I think that covers it all. I'm happy with this desk at the price I paid. If I paid $600, I'd expect more. But for the price, I'm very happy with it ... show more

  • Great desk and value for price
I’ve had this standing desk for over 3 years now (pandemic work remote purchase) and it’s worked perfectly for my needs. I’m 5’4” and needed a desk that would drop down lower than 30”. The lowest setting at 28.5” is still taller than the Herman Miller Jarvis desk (which goes down to 25.5”), but it’s still shorter than most other electrically-powered adjustable desks out there. It wiggles a bit when the desk is being adjusted, but only ever so slightly. Assembly was not difficult in terms of complexity, but it wasn’t smooth sailing either. Mainly because one of the holes wasn’t cut properly and there was a tiny edge of metal that kept a screw from going into the hole. I had to use a cylindrical metal file (purchased at a hardware store for $7) to file the hole down to get the screw in. It’s also heavy and hard to assemble by yourself if you’re small, shorter. I had to have my husband help me lift the top piece to get it on the desk. But nevertheless, it came together with a little McGuyver-thinking and a buddy. My one big complaint is that the power box for the power control panel gets in the way. it is extremely heavy and cumbersome and the adhesive brackets they give you to stick it the bottom of the desk does not hold the weight up. The box constantly fell down after I installed under the desk with adhesives. Letting it dangle gets it tangled with other wires and risks the desk getting stuck when trying to raise the height. That means the power box has to rest on the back corner of the desk (see Photo #2). It’s not the worst thing since the back corner of my desk is behind my computer setup and I can hide it with plants. However, it would be better if they provided screw-in brackets to hold the battery box under the desk like they do for the controller. Also, the keyboard tray is a total joke. It’s made out of plastic and it doesn’t have enough space for a mouse and keyboard. I bought a nicer pull-out tray for my keyboard that I found on Amazon, drill custom holes and move the desk control panel to make it fit. The metal desk bracket hits in the worst spot for fitting a bigger keyboard tray (see Photo #3 where my finger is pointing for context), but if you drill new holes and turn the desk control panel sideways, then you can move the control panel out of the way and you can fit an off-brand keyboard tray. Once I figured out how to configure everything, though, I’ve hardly noticed those nuisances. It operates smoothly and gives me the ergonomic setup that I need for significantly less cost than buying a Jarvis. ... show more
