I'll start with the good things first. The material used feels good quality, and the actual hardware feels like it will last for quite a while. It feels sturdy, like you will never accidently fall out of this thing, or have it break on you. And unfortunately, that's about all I have to say for the good things about this chair. Now for the reasons that I listed this as 2-star. I said that this chair is made with pretty good material, and that is true, with 1 exception. The armrests feel like they can't hold up to much weight and I feel like after some time, they are going to be the first things to warp and eventually break. This is listed as a "gaming chair" before you buy this just know that you can't actually raise the chair WHATSOEVER. Not 1 inch. Who would make a gaming chair that can't raise? This product is advertised as being able to be used at a desk, specifically in their first picture in their description. "Are you someone that spends a minimum of 6 hours a day at your work desk?; ...our COMPUTER chair is designed to provide the comfort and convenience you need in an office." A chair meant to be used at a desk should be able to raise, not all desks are the same height and people generally do not use desks that are low enough to the ground to be able to use this chair effectively. The armrests are also way too low, even when compared to the low height of the chair, to do anything for you while you are working or gaming at your PC. The fixed base, I thought, wasn't going to be a problem for me at a desk, but I was completely wrong as this chair is too heavy to move without actually standing up in the first place, which defeats the entire purpose of using it at a desk. I can't say I blame them too much for this one, as I didn't think that issue through enough, though, again, the weight was a surprise. The massage functions are mediocre at best, it seems pretty strong, but it's way too dispersed to really do anything other than shake you, my bet would be that there is too much material between you and the massagers. The thing that bothers me the most about all the modes they have, there is no mode for just constant vibration, it's nothing but patterns, and that's really disappointing. Overall, I could see people that put this in their living rooms and play on consoles away from the TV where they could lay back and get comfortable enjoying this, at least a bit more than I did, but as for trying to use this at a desk? Forget it, save your money. If I didn't already give away my other chair, I would send this one back without a second thought. Very disappointed with what I expected to get out of this chair for over $300. ... show more

Was looking for a large comfy chair that was not super tall. This chair feels very stable, seat is long, and wide enough to sit cross leg on. The bluetooth speakers are about what you would expect. The heated seat and back/leg massage feature is very strong! Massage is good, but kind of loud. Seat does not recline super far, but overall build quality and comfort is pretty good. Key selling points were the length of the seat, low to the ground, and vibrating massage feature. This is not your standard "Racing Gaming Chair" definitely an oddball, but perfect for my specific needs. ... show more

CHair is comfortable however the i bought 2, 1 the sound didnt work, they did resolve that issue. The other one now it welds have broken completely. It wont let you even take the bottom part off to see about other options. I would NOT recomend this expensive of chair that wont even last a year.

I bought this chair several months ago as my previous chair was failing. I finally put it together a few days ago when my old one died and immediately upon sitting on it I had instant regrets. Cons: I did not realise that the height was not adjustable, so it is too short for my desk. The neck pillow sicks below my shoulders and I'm not terribly tall being 5'9, the leg rest has my legs falling horribly far off where the frame part is just below my knees (I will not count the 3" padding since it is not sturdy enough to hold form). The massager feels more like vibrations within the chair instead of targeted areas. The chair back lacks padding, so I feel like I have rocks digging into my back. After reading the reviews, I have been looking for a usb somewhere underneath the chair somewhere, but I have not found it yet. The fact it is bluetooth but requires additional power than it is already plugged in is wild. There are 2 screws at the base of the back that connect to the seat that are not actually fully tight, they wiggle with about 2 millimeters or so between the nut and where it sits tightened. Wires hang out of the backs of the arms. Pros: The colour is more vibrant than I expected, the cupholders look nice. The cushion on the seat is not bad. I couldn’t figure out how it didn’t considering it said it came with speakers and was blue tooth compatible.
