Short version....was delivered outside of our garage and didn't know it was there. Backed the car over the top of it and you wouldn't even know it! Withstood the weight of the car, no visible damage/dents/bends, and works flawlessly!

This is a really solid gun safe that's well built and with 3 options of getting it open quick and easy. The inside is padded and there is enough room for two firearms if you store them opposite each other. Although they made it specifically for handguns it's actually nice for keepng that important paperwork or jewelry or even cash. You got three options for opening it first one you have the biometric fingerprint option use basically set it with your fingerprint and explains how in the little manual or you can use a combination which it has a combination buttons for that or you could just use the simple key I tried all of them and each one gives you pretty quick access to it to opening it of course a combination might take you a second or two longer only because you're entering the numbers but even then it was still pretty quick to open it I clocked myself at about 10 seconds with the combination the fingerprint took about 5 seconds and the key took about 5 seconds as well. This is a sturdy box like I said it's well built it's heavy if someone's going to try to bust it open they're going to be there for a minute or two trying to do that if it does have a little weight to it and that's because it's built so solid in my opinion. In my opinion this is a must-have for anyone that has any sort of handguns around the house for protection or safety that allows them to be safely secured but also with easy and quick access to getting into the box God forbid you ever need to but it's there and all options of opening are pretty quick like I said and I would definitely recommend it especially if you have been looking for one I would definitely recommend this one it's solid easy access and well built. ... show more

the safe does not work right set fingerprint in only my one thumb and yes it opened the safe but so does my daughters finger and my husband and my son in law without and of their fingers set in the safe so your safe does me no good anyone can open it it is terrible and i tried deleting the fingerprint like directions tells to do will not delete anyone can still open safe Pat Japart ... show more
