I love the design of these chairs! Exactally what I wanted and was hopping to find. I bought the two chair combo. I started at 1 pm putting one chair together. Finished at 250 pm. It’s straightforward enough that the back slides on the bottom by metal triangular brackets. I had to brace the bottom front against an object or a wall while standing behind the back and slide the back on with as much pressure as possible. I thought it was together untill sitting in it one side would pop off. Have to get the angle and alignment just right while also applying great amount of pressure with your knees against the sides and seeing it is not really possible. After 27 attempts I got it on! I believe. Real test is my heavy tall son when he visits next. Its cushion is one best I’ve tried! Height is perfect for me! 5’3” with a bad back and hips and this chair is comfortable! No back pull and no leg dangling. Material is good quality for faux leather. Color is so good! I bought the cream! It’s perfect color. Arm rests are good quality. I like the nailhead in muted bronze/brass. Excellent design. I HAVE NOT started assembling second chair yet. My body is sore and my breathe needed a break. Maybe later or tomorrow I’ll do the other one. Great quality for a good price. We shopped seven stores. I hated the furniture and their prices are outrageous. These chairs arrived well packaged. The hardware for the legs is in a built-in zippered pocket on the bottom of the chair, which could be use to store anything you may want to hide from children or intruders. The chairs are not for anyone with wide hips or overweight. I am 5' 10" male and 225 lbs with a slight "dad bod" and can fit in this chair comfortably, but anything larger might not be comfortable. The back chair only comes up to my shoulders, and the arms are only slightly above my legs (much shorter than standard chair height). Assembling the legs was easy, however, inserting the top piece into the base was a huge pain. The brackets do not naturally like up and I really had to drive them in there, but not in a way that feels sturdy. The pieces are metal, but look like they could be easily bent if too much pressure was applied. I wouldn't consider these worth the price and unsure how long they will last.
