This accent chair delivered the contrast I needed for my guest room decor. The fabric is both smooth and sturdy, and the color is rich. My husband hefted the box upstairs easily so it’s not too heavy and assembly was a breeze. The one negative for me is the coating on the legs of the chair is very superficial. As you can see from my photo there is a scratch and is how I received the item. Because the scratch is on the underside I won’t return it and since it’s not placed in a high use area I’ll hope for no further scratches. This accent chair is lovely. I like the pink color and the texture like velvet fabric. The color is more of a mauve. The seat is wider than expected, but a good surprise for me. The cushion is on the firm side, but comfortable for myself and my family. I’m currently using this chair in my formal living room. Assemble was very easy and straightforward.
