I recently moved and while ordering these chairs and a bunch of furniture, I put in my new address incorrectly. I only noticed when the first item was undeliverable that something was wrong. The shipper (FedEx) was awful to work with, constantly telling me one thing but doing another. Jessica from Basitone kept me informed and gave me hope that the issue would eventually be resolved until I actually received my package. The chairs are VERY easy to assemble - just 8 screws and 4 washers. There was an issue with one chair where the screw holes didn't line up properly on one side, but the seat itself is still so sturdy I am using it as a replacement for a very cheap piano bench. ... show more

Ordered 8, delivered 6-12 days before the initial date! (Super excited about that!) They came in 2 boxes, 4 in each. They come in 3 pieces, legs, seat and back. 8 screws each chair. I read previous reviews about alignment which was my only worry, but the instructions have you place the chair upside down on a table to attach, and as ling as u lift the back to connect to the legs, the angle is what allows it to slide in perfectly, you have to hold the chair together to align the holes, which I actually lived because this allows for no gaps between the cushions and also the material! Honestly LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE these Chairs SOOO MUCH!!! I am not reviewing the white material and how long it lasts because I do not know yet, but just by what I received, built, and witnessed, these chairs are beyond me and absolutely the price GORGEOUS!!! Everyone LOVES THEM!!! And swears they look sooo expensive!!! These chairs have definitely upgraded my house, but most importantly my old and refurbished dining table!!!! Absolutely love them oh so much!!!! You HAVE TO BUY THESE CHAIRS! They’re amazing! DISCLAIMER: If you are not strong enough to hold these chairs together while screwing the screws in, I do suggest you hire someone! But these chairs and their price are soo worth it! PS Ive been researching chairs for a long time and Im so glad I decided on these! And Yes I did pay the $99 delivery fee. Absolutely worth it! Also, the size of these chairs are amazing and the back comfort is spectacular, helps with correct back positioning!
