I did not want to preemptively praise this product, so I've waited for 3 full sets of gel-x manicures to last 3+ weeks before writing this. I have not had ONE problem with adhesion. No emergency re-gluing. I clean my own home and I am not kind to my nails, but this stuff HOLDS! I had previously been using the official Apres Novice gel (with Beetles glue on the nail bed) and only and would always lose at least 1 nail (sometimes only after a weeks time) and carry superglue at all times for a quick fix. Before with only Beetles glue on my nailbed and under the tip, I would lose more like 2-3 regularly. On two separate occassions when grabbing meat out of coolers at Costco, I lost my nail and couldnt find it! That is no longer the case! That Apres gel was TWICE the cost and probably half the volume. Not wasting my $ any more! I still use the Apres nail tips, but use this glue under the tips with Beetles glue on my nail bed has been the perfect recipe for my manicure to LAST. I NOW DECIDE WHEN MY MANICURE NEEDS ATTENTION AND ITS NOT DICTATED BY POP-OFFS! I hope this product never changes and is always available!! ... show more

...as I am going to be using this a lot, but the product is top-notch. I am familiar enough with using gels that I had no issues, but a small leaflet for those who've never used gel, or even watched a video on their use would need to know a few things if they didn't read the store page before buying. One, you need a nail lamp to cure it. The tiny one-finger lamps from most newbie kits are sufficient wattage to cure them. Two, you need 91% isopropyl alcohol as a slip solution so your brush doesn't stick to it(and don't have it near the lamp or you'll need pure acetone to remove the hardened gel). Three, do not have the gel on your skin when you cure it, it burns, and worse, you can develop allergies to all gels. So, actual review. The brush is a decent quality, with a nice tool to both help place charms as well as dot polish for nail art. The pots were sealed well, and the gel itself has little to no odoyr, is quite viscous, thick enough that you don't have to worry about it running and your charms moving after placement. I also used a bit to make a jelly polish with one of their regular gel polishes, and it was beautiful (don't sleep on Modelones polishes, they're STUNNING). I love that their products all seem to be no-wipe, as forgetting to wipe it and having everything stick to your nails(especially in sweater weather) is a pain. Used it as a touch-up top coat for a nail I whacked earlier, and it filled the dent and cured shiny, which was a plus. The crystal and charm selection was a nice touch, but the thin wire ones keep getting caught in the wheel, so I had to put them in a little acrylic pot I had so I could turn the wheel to select all the others. All-in-all a stellar set of products with good value. Will definitely buy again when I run out. ... show more

I’ve tried just about every nail glue on Amazon and this one takes the cake. I use the full nail - right now they are long coffin (not tips). This nail glue is so strong, that, instead of the nail just breaking, or falling off when hit - it caused my entire nail bed to come off. Hurts like an absolute B!TCH, and it’s going to take a couple months for the nail to grow back (the very bottom of the nail is still attached - as is the fake nail to the top of the real nail). I cut down the fake nail and am going to leave it on to help protect the nail bed. Anyway. 5 stars bc this glue is strong as heck. ... show more

this was super helpful for putting on my own charms on my nails and they held pretty well. it wasn’t the strongest, but i totally get it. it was great for the price honestly. i loved the little charms that also came with it although i bought it just for the gel, i liked having that extra add-on. one problem i had was the gel leaking out of the container, im not sure if i stored it wrong, but it was super messy at the end of the day, and no matter how hard i would screw the top on, it never felt like it closed. so worth the price though :) love it ... show more

I usually use a specific brand of gel glue but i also love to try new products & i was pleasantly surprised. This is a quality product that is easy to use and does what it says it does. It dries quickly and leaves no bubbles when applied as instructed. Tip: If you choose to shape with your hands, make sure to handle this solid glue with gloves to minimize oil transfer as this can compromise the longevity of the manicure. ... show more

I bought this after trying a different brand of solid nail tips glue thinking this would work just as well. The whole point of the solid glue is that you don't have to hold your nails in place to flash cure, but hoooo buddy with this stuff you do. I think you're better off buying the regular liquid gel tips glue than this stuff. This glue will just fall off your nail tip before you even get it to your finger if you aren't careful. Now let's hope it at least holds my nails long enough for another order of Born Pretty to get to me 😩 ... show more

Ive tried Bartbox and several other brands with comparable nail glue and this surpasses them all! Even after curing, the excess under the nail tip comes off very easily and tne glue LASTS!
