Let's be real. We've been in a pandemic, working from home for over a year and most of us have been living in pajamas or yoga pants for the majority of that time. I’m short and carry weight in my low belly and thighs. I have the worst luck with shorts. These are comfortable, have a little stretch , when you sit they are not uncomfortable. The leg length is good, not too short, not too long Would def recommend

*my stats are 160lbs 5’11” and kind of mom pouched on my belly area* Gah, this story is a ride but hear me out. I went to florida to help my mom deal with the death of her husband and my stepsister came as well. We decided that after he passed, we would take my mother to the local Mexican restaurant and proceed to not only get her kinda drunk while also feeding her one last meal before that grief starvation happens, plus as an added bonus it kept her out of the house they had bought and retired into together for at least a few hours. Anyway, this is central FL in august and it was HOT af so my stepsister is wearing these adorable cut offs, like cute fringe, flattering cut, just that nice length that’s in between what I wore in my early 20’s and what my mom wore in her early 30’s...and exactly the kind that only someone who does American ninja warrior training in her 40’s can fit into comfortably. You know exactly what I’m talking about about. Somewhere in that time frame I asked where she got her shorts and how I missed wearing Jean shorts but I could never find anything comfortable after having kids. She told me they were hella stretchy and they were super cheap on Amazon but she had every color and said she’d send me the link. Mom is ok (not really, but we did everything paper-wise and phone calls and all) and my stepsister sent the link about a week later and I immediately bought 2 pairs because she had let me try hers on and I could not believe that they were so stretchy and flattering. They were much cheaper last august but I still came back to get 4 more pairs because I’m paranoid they’re going to disappear forever for some reason (some reason being, that’s what usually happens when I find something I like) Anyways, if you’re still here you should do it. ... show more
