Wow! Small at the waist and high and then you don’t get a wedgie and comfy in the thighs. It’s always a challenge to find any denim that fits the waist and thighs. I’m 5 5 and 135 and I bought a small. Nice and stretchy too. I ordered the black so of course I’m ordering the white too!

I LOVE the way these Rose Jean shorts fit me!! Very snug but in a good way!! I am 5'6" and about 200lbs. So the X large I initially thought they may be to snug when I first got them.. upon wearing them for a few they stretched just perfectly and are really comfortable for denim shorts. They appear to be made well and the fabric feels comfy and durable. Absolutely no problems with zippers or them being to thin they're perfect!!! Pants and shorts are always hard for me to find so I am very pleased and glad that I kept them and let them kind of loosen naturally a little bit. These shorts run true to size. I ordered my regular size and they fit nicely. I wish they were a bit tighter but that’s personal preference. These have good stretch so if you’re not a full size I would size down. These are comfortable but the zipper keeps getting snagged on itself.

I have a hard time finding shorts that aren't booty shorts, that don't give me a muffin top, that don't cut off the circulation to my legs but also doesn't make my butt look non-existent. But these ones checked off everything, they are stretchy, they go over my lower belly nicely so no muffin top, and they make my butt look pretty decent. The size guide is way off. I know my measurements and it said I was Large. They were too big so I went a size down to medium and they were still too big! I do not even want to try a small at this point. The back fit well but the front looked awkward and baggy.

I purchased these, because the reviews were stellar. They are good quality and cute. However, sizing is small, they aren't as stretchy as the reviews lead you to believe and they are a lot shorter than I expected.
