I bought these figurines because my granddaughter’s birthday was coming up and it was going to have to be a Moana cake since she watches the movie about 49,000 times a day. I felt super lazy for this one - didn’t want to mess with the nonsense of making the figures out of fondant and in general was just being a slacker. Moana figurines for the win! I loved that this sweet not only came with Moana and Maui but also Moana's Mom, Dad, and Hei Hei standing on Pua's head. They have a lot of character and details! I do kind of wish that this sweet also came with Moana's grandmother, but that's probably just because I'm a grandmother, she's one of my favorite characters. We used these characters as cake toppers for my grandsons 2nd birthday. The only downside to that was that Maui Is WAY heavier than any on the other characters. Their skin is much darker than I expected, compared to the movers l movie that I've seen a thousand times, but you were still able to see the details. Also in the images, if you look closely, it looks almost like a couple of the characters are posable. They are not posable, which I am okay with as the description did not mention posability, I just wanted to mention that in the case that someone might mistake the seam in the images to mean that they are posable like my husband thought. All in all I am very happy with my purchase. The party was a hit! (The palm trees in my photos are made out of tootsie rolls. They are not part of the set.) ... show more

I bought this to put on a Moana cake. The big guy was too heavy but everything else was great. It wasn't made for cake so no stars lost. It's a well made, nice-looking set.

these were purchased as a cake topper. all the kids at the party loved them. they all made it back home and get played with alot, lost, found, then more play. The fact that they are still in one piece is surprising. Most toys in my family barely make it home and few last longer than a year! Barbies are too primadonas for my kids! shoes never make it home the day of the birthday party, christmas, easter. in a year barbie is naked and her clothes are gone no where to be found! we have a barbie bucket. mostly one shoe of a set a few sets of clothes (5) total and 15 barbies! some are missing heads, arms and legs! the joints pop out or the neck breaks. The Moana toys have lasted. They are built well like lego's. the dogs have not eaten them even though the baby chews on Moana and family! ... show more
