This product is advertised as compatible with Lenovo E series laptops. However, when it arrived and I tried it on my E495 it clearly was the wrong size. The cap it didn't fit on the trackpoint stalk. I then did a bit of research on the Levovo site and found out that Lenovo has three different sizes of trackpoint caps, and not all E series laptops use the same size. If you own an E series laptop, do not assume that this product will work for you. ... show more

The socket is too big. These do not fit any X models including X1 Carbon.
