These lights are awesome! They are bright, motion detection is good, and are versatile in the way you can mount them. Each light comes with a sticker with a magnet on one side and the other side is the sticky part. As the light has a magnetic on its backside too, this allows you to just pop on the light to the magnetic side of the sticker. If you are going to put this on any metal surface you wouldn't even need to use the sticker. ADVICE: These lights take 3 AAA batteries EACH. If you don't want to be spending a bunch of money on batteries, consider investing in rechargeable ones like I did. I have the amazon ones and they last about 3 weeks before having to recharge them again. Overall, I really like these and would recommend them. I am considering buying more for my kitchen cabinets. UPDATE*** As of 6/29/23 So I have had these lights for a decent amount of time to be able to tell how long they last. With the amazon rechargeable batteries they last about two weeks before starting to go dim. So again, if you buy these and do not want to spend an arm and a leg on buying batteries get the rechargeable ones!! ... show more

I was a bit skeptical, but these lights work really well for illuminating at night. Not too bright, but enough to be able to see several feet. Perfect for a dark hallway when going to bathroom at night. Perfect for the bathroom if you don't want to turn on lights. The only thing I don't like about these is they eat battery life quickly in busy roons. I use them in each room, so the activity is high. Using one in the closet has been fantastic and during power outages. Even though they eat the battery power up, they are worth having.

These are usefully wonderful. They are magnetic, sticky (on smooth clean/dry surface) or can be nailed/pinned to your chosen locations. What impressed me was the fact that it will illuminate when there isn't any or not enough lighting. Meaning during the day in a sunlit room it will not come on, now that is resourceful not to waste batteries. The lights are bright enough to make your way to your destination without any bumps but not bright enough to use as a stand alone light and stays on as long as there is movement with a delay before turning off.
