This is a great little light and I like the magnet mounts. I use it on a little leather crafting cart bench and if I hit the light with my hand it comes loose instead of breaking the light.

The 2 bulb fixture in my mother's apartment bathroom mirror has been running on one very dim fluorescent bulb for almost 6 months and maintenance has been useless in getting it fixed so I bought her these 2 led strips and she is ecstatic. They are amazingly bright and can be mounted magnetically to use in different positions. She has a Nightly tooth cleaning and facial routine and was almost quitting them due to the poor lighting condition.     • HOT after just a minute of use

I used one for downlighting so I can see where my feet are going in a tight space. And another in the kitchen under the cabinet. Then I noticed they both heat up extremely. I mean, I'm afraid to touch them that's how hot. I simply don't want something that heats up like this. I can get incandescents that heat up, and old fluorescent light ballasts will heat up too. I don't need LEDs to heat up. The selling point of LEDs is that they do NOT heat up and they use less energy. I realize they do in fact heat up some, but you're supposed to build the object with heat dissipation in mind. I don't think they did. Or not enough. I paid $10 for it and that's fair for the two USB adapters which I do actually need right now for something else. So I won't bother returning. But they need to upgrade these strip lights so they don't heat up or they only get slightly warm. At first I was like, OK slightly warm is OK, then it kept on getting hotter and hotter.
