Very nice easy-to-use little carry-on. I wanted a very small one to fit under the seat, so my first challenge was to see if it did fit. And it did - like a glove. Some places it might not since some space is taken up by charging stations (thank you, airlines - seriously). We just used this carry on for a short trip and we are very pleased on how light weighted, but especially how well done is the spinning wheel system. Absolutely well done. The inner capacity is standard, but I noticed that is possible to open the area where the bars are, which I used to store slippers. The pockets inside are also 'unique', one seems to be waterproof and the other one is the usual net. Four stars instead of five is the due to the telescopic handle: its shape makes it very hard to pull out a backpack, it gets stuck, you need both hands or even more. For my husband this was a dealbreaker, his backpack was heavy and in the middle of the aisle in the plane he had to take it out from the handle...Anyway, this is the only negative feature I noticed. ... show more

This carry-on suitcase is the perfect size for a weekend trip or commuter. I travel to a certain place about twice a month, and to keep from having to pack and unpack all the time, I keep some clothes and toiletries in a mini storage locker there. But I still need to bring my everyday essentials, electronics, and the odd extra outfit or pair of shoes. My usual carry-on suitcase is too big for that; but a backpack isn’t quite big enough. I thought this 16" square carry-on would be the perfect size for my needs, and it really is! I love the compartmentalization on the inside. One side has a fully zippered "compression" compartment with two additional zippered pockets outside of that (one wet, one dry). The opposite side has plenty of space for my necessities. This side also has a top partition that buckles down and includes a padded laptop pocket and two smaller pockets. Since the suitcase kind of "tilts" open, you can easily unzip it to access those pockets. For me, this eliminates the need for an extra tote/backpack; instead, I can just reach inside the suitcase and grab my laptop/tablet or other in-flight essentials from those pockets. That said, if you need a suitcase that opens up flat, this may not be the one for you. The wheel placement prevents it from being able to open fully, but since it's small and light, that hasn't bothered me at all. It stays open while I unpack, which is really all I ask! This carry-on is light but tough. I've managed to fly a couple of times with it without scratching or scraping the finish so far! I love that the handle is fully extendable too. I'm just under 5'3", so handle height isn't usually an issue for me; but my 6'1" husband can navigate it easily as well. I think this suitcase is *just right* for those looking for a smaller carry-on for short trips, or even people who commute for work and need to bring a lot of "stuff" along. ... show more

I have used this twice now to fly with and both time i was able to hold a weeks worth of clothes and items. I am a man however and do pack lightly. But this suitcase has plenty of room in my opinion. Easy carryon also. Rolls smoothly, zippers are smooth. I was impressed by this suitcase to say the least. The outside is easy to clean as well. I actually enjoy this color too, it makes finding my bag easy. The handle is nice too. I honestly cant say enough good things about this suitcase. Im very happy with it and will be using it many more times in the next year and dont dread it at all. ... show more

I have been looking for new luggage pieces to replace my fabric ones that have been destroyed by the baggage teams at various airports. I ordered the 20" carry-on size and I am so excited to use it. I always assumed hard-shell luggage would be heavy but this is SO light-weight and easy to lift/maneuver. The wheels are smooth and incredibly quiet - it is very easy to move either on 2 or 4 wheels. I was also impressed with how deep it is, and I love the addition of a "wet" pocket. I feel like I could pack for an entire week with just a carry on. The color is beautiful and true to the photos, and I really liked that it came with a plastic cover to protect it in storage - that was a nice touch. Lastly, the addition of the TSA friendly lock is a game changer. I love that it's built right into the luggage, and you don't have to worry about TSA breaking your lock if they need to get in! I am curious to see how the outside/wheels hold up to baggage team abuse, but for now I intend to use it just as a carry on. ... show more
