Unfortunately for the seller, most orders have been used and sent as new. I got 4 orders filthy, so dirty that I wanted to throw up. The boxes are unsealed and sent back from customer pretending that boxes were unopened. Problem is that they don't check the return and send you a disgusting filthy and dirty hearing aid. I know that the seller is not responsible but still responsible for the product being sent on his behalf. But if you get a chance to receive a new one in a sealed box, they are very good. Upgrade the domes though or they'll keep ringing in your ear. I found these ones on Amazon: Oticon MINIFIT Dome Tips 10-Pack (12mm Extra Large Power). If you get these and the hearing aid in a sealed box (good luck with that), you'll be glad you did and will get a great product. ... show more

They work great and are comfortable in the ear, as long as you have a dome that fits. I was impressed even with the price when I got. I bought two from two different sellers. This one worked great and lasted for 3 months until the battery door broke off. I later purchased another Mirasing (brand) from this same seller and the battery door broke off 4 months after that! The other (brand) Resovonac, that I purchased 7 months ago, still works fine! I’ll buy another for backup, but not from this seller or (brand) from Mirasing. Very good product. The hearing aids are small, easy to use and work well, the instructions came with most of my purchases but the manuals did not come with them. They are great, charge quickly and are easy to operate. I would recommend them if you need a spare pair of hearing aids!

Assembly instructions are simple. Came with 2 batteries. Insert one battery and it will turn product on then adjust vol. No sound? Turn battery over incase of polarity issue, adjust vol again. Changed batteries and start all over. Still doesn't work.
