Looks great, built well but not fully leak proof. Any rain over a light drizzle will drip through slats. We use this at our seasonal camp site hoping to stay dry in the rain but not the case in a steady rain

I'm really impressed with this pergola. The engineering, quality of parts, and shipping crate were outstanding. My wife and I put it together on our deck in two days. Clearance on our deck wouldn't allow for 98.2" height(roof pitch), what I liked about the 80S I could cut the bottom of the post off to shorten the height, re-drilling the holes for the foot plate and assemble. Other models don't allow this option because of how the foot plate is fasten to the post. One point on assembly; the screws (Q) either were too long or too large as they would not screw all the way into K1 & K2. I had to get shorter washer head screws to fastner all the way to hold bar G. One other thing, Mirador supplied anchor bolts and bit for concrete installing - they were good quality; however, I had to buy bolts and lag screws to fasten to my deck. Would of been nice if Mirador had provided bolts for both type of installations. Over all we're vary pleased and can now set on our deck rain or shine. ... show more
