Early on I fed my veggies with this plant food. Grant it I cultivate a nice horse manure compost but my sister and I shared the same plants and they are the larger Beef Steak version but her's were no where close to the size of my tomatoes. Flavor was incredible.

Love this fertilizer. Used it and just few days later about 4inch new growth. Was using it indoors while seed starting and it stinks but did not smell it in the house plus I don't trust a fertilizer that didn't stink lol. Highly recommend.

    • it's okay but not a 'miracle maker'
the most important thing about fertilizers like this are the numbers e.g. 5-10-10. the plants don't read labels all they care about is what they are eating. we've used miracle grow as well as countless other brands over the years and honestly never could see any real difference. on this site the cost is relatively good compared to the others i looked at. normally we'd go into town to get our garden supplies but not this year with all that is going on with the virus. miracle grow is a good fertilizer no doubt but if you can find another with similar proportions/numbers it should work just as good. in the end it is totally up to the person growing but i think you'll do well no matter which choice you make, name brand or otherwise. ... show more
