I purchased this clock to put on my nightstand to see the time during the night. I didn’t have a nearby electrical outlet so I thought a battery powered one would be easier I ordered this clock. It does indeed run on batteries. But it is the hardest clock to set the time hour and minute and alarm. Then the day and year, and what I liked it even had the temperature. Oh my god I almost gave up to try to set all these things. Then I realized at night you could only light up and see the time if you push the button on the top of the clock. I didn’t want that.
