As you can see in the pic, I ended up putting both on the table. The ability to plug phones in to them and the touch on/off feature are both great! first i thought they were too small - almost took them back - after taking them out of small box i was pleasantly surprized how cleaverly they were packed -No damage to shades - put them on king headboard top and LOVE them- love the three-way brightness ! i wish i had these 65 years ago !!!!!

These lamps are nice. They have a weighted base and the AC socket and USB connections are a bonus. I like that they remain off when the power is restored. I wish they sold a version with no shades that could possibly be less expensive. I am happy with my purchase.

They were smaller than expected but that was my error. Nonetheless I love the lamps, especially since I can charge my phone and even attach an extension cord when necessary. The dimmer is also impressive. For a small lamp it's definitely a multitasker
