Ordered two of these...they came separately via different carriers. The second came without a lid, which I reported via Mind Reader's website contact form without any response so far. UPDATE: I reached out a third time via the email address on their website then found a number for their parent company HQ and called. I was given a direct email to a specific contact who then responded to my fourth attempt. She promised to send tracking info for a replacement later that week. When I didn’t hear back she replied it would go out the next week. Then I heard from someone else who indicated that I would need to delete my review before the missing part would be sent. After challenging that, he agreed to send the part, which I have since received. He made a point of blaming Amazon for shipping the incomplete item, which may be true. However the link for missing parts points back to their customer service and I had to jump through too many hoops. I see why other reviewers said it was best just to return the item and buy another, then hope for the best. ... show more
