It seems to be a brand new Milwaukee tool. Not signs of use or refurbishment. I’ve already put the battery in and it feels good and powerful. I will give it the first use tomorrow and let you know how it goes…. It would great if they could put a secondary box as packaging to protect the main box and product. One of the most powerful impact drivers I have used. Selectable speeds so you won’t drive a screw through a board! It is a little heavier than other Milwaukee drivers, but that is not noticeable after using a few times. It is also more compact. Overall a great driver.

I have had the surge for about a year. It was awesome for residential work. I now do commercial work and this particular one is super strong. I do love how quiet the surge is . However in the commercial field I love how powerful this one is (garage doors)
