After reading the hundreds of descriptions of all the fold-up beds Amazon advertised, I chose this one due to its high reviews with minimal complaints. Let's face it, 99% of all the beds come from China and have countless flaws, some very serious , others minor. This bed came just as advertised with all its parts, nothing bent or broken. The foam mattress expanded up to 5" within an hour of taking it out of its plastic bag. It is more comfortable than expected (nicely firm) and had no odor to it, All the parts were very easy to put together following the order in the instructions. The braces are very sturdy and will support a lot of weight. It folds up nicely without any resistance. I will be buying a cover for for storing it when not in use for the family members who use it. One caveat: DO use the small thin spanner wrench to tighten the wheels. Hand tighten them as much as you can the until tightening only allows the included spanner wrench since the space between the castor and the bed frame is so narrow. Interestingly enough, if you follow out to the end of the five or more pages, you'll see the same beds for well over $1000 which make NO sense. I believe Amazon should delete such insanely priced items and stick to the ones with more realistic prices. This MIlliard was on the pricey side but appears to be well worth the money. I needed an occasional guest bed, and wanted something that could fold up & essentially disappear behind the bedroom door.. I researched and compared and poured over reviews, and finally decided to go with this. The Milliard Deluxe Diplomat folding bed (twin size) is perfect! The packaging was great, ease of removal from the box and the appearance of very few extra pieces for assembly was very encouraging. It is very well made, all pieces fit smoothly where they belonged and worked smoothly once it was assembled. The instructions were very clear, short and sweet. I managed it alone. The mattress is on the thin side, but has a soft side and a firm side, I preferred the firm, but I also purchased a 3 inch "egg crate" type of foam pad to increase the depth of the mattress. It was a very comfortable night's sleep for me.! I remain impressed! Yes, it was a little pricey, but I feel it is totally worth it! ... show more

About the only drawback to this bed is that it only folds in half and one needs a decent amount of space to store it (we bought the cover and rolled it into the garage). That said, the mattress is comfortable, the bed's height easier on the knees than an inflatable mattress, and the overall size good enough that an average-sized guest won't fear falling off if they turn over. As I said, it also comes on rollers, so if you have a large closet, it's very easy to put away when no longer needed. Wish we'd bought it sooner. ... show more

I am very satisfied with this folding bed! It was so easy to install, good size, good metal quality, and the mattress is very good, foam enough and comfortable. I slept twice on this bed, and I feel so good and fresh in the mornings. I am definitely recommending this bed.

This rollaway Twin size is easy to build. The mattress has a soft side and a firm side. I bought this for when my grandson stays over. I know it’s comfy because I layed in bed with him until he fell asleep and I honestly didn’t want to get up from the bed because it was that comfy. When my mom comes over to my place I live in a 1bd 1ba and I have a twin. She takes my twin and I roll out this twin bed into my living room and it feels the same as my regular bed! It's so sturdy and well built I'm so impressed! I didn't want to get a cheap one especially knowing that it would probably hurt my back. I sleep so good on this mattress but I noticed it is a bit thin, still comfortable and not too bad. I added a foam mattress topper like someone else did who purchased this bed and it is so comfortable! Yes it's a little on the expensive side but it is really a high qualitu product!
