Once again the creator of this updated version of a family tradition had to go vulgar. Why must sexual images and vulgar words be used in a family orientated game. Those of you who haven't seen the entire decks yet, please review before embarrassing yourself in front of your family and friends. Granted not all the cards are bad, most are funny. Expansion pack came with 10 additional playing cards and 10 deck cards, of the 10 deck cards 4 are repeated cards from the original pack and the 10 playing cards has a total of 15 new pieces and we only get 6 of those in the deck making the "expansion pack" useless. Missing: craft beer, el vape, el Mason jar, la bomber jacket, el fidget spinner, el acai bowl, el tinder, el D!k pic and el genderfluid ok 9 missing deck cards . Very disappointing ... show more

I really enjoy this game and the modern take it has on what we all knew at family holidays! Every single card and board is full of hilarious reinterpretations on classic Loteria. The reason I knocked off a star is because neither the full boards nor the playing cards are the same size as the original pre-amazon release of the game, the one that came with playing beans. I absolutely love this game. Growing up we always played lotería. It really brought the family close. The Millennial version makes it so much fun as it is things we know and understand. Definitely a must buy for those who love games. You’ll get a great laugh playing this.

I hate the fact that I didn’t understand what I was getting. Too racy for my taste in updating the Chalupa. I like 6 cards or something like that. I opened it and looked trough it and just put it away. I thought I was going to Kohls and return. To much time has gone by.

Note, you would need to order the first millenial loteria if you want to play [hence the verbiage "expansion"]. Comes with funny cards that are relatable to our society. Love this.

    • Similar cards to the main game set, so you have multiple winners
This game is a lot of fun and really only Millennials will get some of the references. We played with Millennials and with boomers. We had waaaaay more fun when people understood the references and were familiar with the traditional Loteria cards as a comparison. The cards were sturdier than I expected and I love the groovy ( yes I am dating myself with that word) design on the back of the cards. well worth the investment for a group of people. We also ordered the expansion pack for additional players. I should have kept the expansion cards separated from this game because we had a couple of multiple winners. So some cards are similar, but not exactly the same. Quickly shuffling through the cards, I couldn't tell which cards were similar. So hilarious for those of us who grew up with traditional Lotería! Remember when the topless Sirena was SCANDALOUS? Millennial Lotería is for those of us who played it back when and now get impatient with millennial mierda. I couldn't buy the original set fast enough, and this expansion pack is just genius, I can't wait to break it out with family and friends around the holidays. Just a little too mature to use with my Spanish classes! 😉 ... show more
