As a Ghostbusters fan, I was excited to pick this up at a discounted price. My family enjoys Ghostbusters a lot and often do events themed around the movies so to have this on hand will be nice to have. There are a vareity of recipes in here ranging from drinks (including NA) to desserts. The book is well presented but does lean heavy on the Afterlife movie since this was released during that marketing campaign. Erik Burnham, who did the IDW comics run as a writer, does a lot of the text of the universe in this book. He has had the voices of the characters properly done for several years now so nothing feels weird or out of place which is greatly appreciated. I picked this up for a price under $15 which was a steal. If you can land that deal, grab it as you won't be disappointed. ... show more

The top cover was a bit bent and at first I thought it had water damage but It was made to look that way which was cool! This is such a fun fun fun cookbook! Just wish the cover wasn't dinged up.

Ordered for my daughters bday she's a huge ghost busters fan, it's perfect we already tried the Egons favorite Mac and cheese( we actually had to get ingredients as soon as it came in) perfect for any fan!! Got lots of good recipes to try out definitely recommend this cook book ❤️

The video that Ghostbusters News put out on YouTube got me interested. The picture of Dana's Demon Deviled Eggs looked really good! My problem here is the amount of recipes without pictures of the finished product... Kind of a bad miss for a picture-cookbook IMO. I know that world-famous Jenn Fujikawa created the recipes and they're probably all great but the sheer number of picture-less recipes makes me wonder if these were even made at all before publishing. All in all, it IS a cute little cookbook that could seem in-universe with it’s flavor text and non-cooking/recipe-related pictures, but I’m a little disappointed and I didn't even pay for it (book program at work hooked me up). Some of these recipes do really look good, which makes it all the more the shame that a lot of them you don't have the inspiration of a picture. Details regarding my disappointment is listed below. I just think if you ordered this from the Ghostbusters News review sight unseen as I did, with your hard-earned dollars, or get/give it as a gift, I want you to be informed. 24,25,26,27 - 4 recipes no pic. 32-33, one recipe no pic of recipe 40,41 - two recipes no pic 45,46-47 - one recipe including full page photo, and a full page flavor text 48-49, 50 - one recipe, full page recipe, lots of blank space 52-53,54-55 - two recipes, no recipe pics 64-65 - two recipes with bo recipe pics 68-69, two recipes, no recipe pics 80,81 two recipes, no recipe pics 118,119 two recipes, no recipe pics. ... show more
