My machine came with a warped part that made assembly impossible. Customer service wrote me back within a day on the Amazon app and had a new part shipped to me. First things first: the assembly is not as difficult as some reviews are claiming. As long as you inventory all your parts and bolts and nuts prior to assembly you will be fine. Assembly time is 6 hours if you are methodical and double-checking everything as you go. I highly recommend a cordless drill and sockets or ratcheting wrenches in metric to speed up the process of assembly. The cable running was super simple as well. Second: some parts are not an exact fit as can be expected for lower-cost Chinese-made equipment QC/QA. This is just a fact of life and not a dig against the manufacturer. Temper your expectations of a finding a diamond in the rough. This is why I gave it 4 stars and not a fiver. Third: this machine will handle several hundred pounds of plates with ease. My only suggestion for the mechanically inclined or welder-types is adding another cross-support above the back crossbar to add rigidity to the upper assembly as it is prone to some swaying and may scare some users. However, it is fully functional and completely safe to use. One other suggestion would be to strap it down to the foundation of your setup area if you can. Some Redhead concrete anchors and four good steel straps will definitely prevent any potential movement of the rack if you are a meathead like me and pushing 600 lbs or more on the Smith bar. My setup has 670lbs of plates in total from my previous rack, so there is plenty of storage for extra plates aside from those provided. Fourth: the bench is pretty good. I was honestly expecting some flimsy garbage, but it is actually good. Very good footprint, hefty and extremely stable. Cons: come in several boxes that tend to arrive over 2 to 3 days. Seller was extremely good at responding to question and concerns. Again, for an entry level weight-lifter to advanced this is a good all-around set to purchase as it completely eliminates having to deal with franchise gyms and the headaches that usually accompany that. There is also peace of mind in being able to come home for a trash day at work or whatever and take out that stress on the weights. ... show more

I have had the equipment for about 2 weeks and absolutely love it. It is perfect for a home gym. I set mine up in the garage and it did not take up a ton of space and works great. All of the features work as advertised and you can get an awesome all around work out with this machine.

First off this thing is better then I expected, it did come in a ton of boxes and the unboxing took quite a bit of time. I’d recommend laying everything out before you start assembling. Instructions were vague but look carefully at the pictures and you will be fine, it’s just a super heavy puzzle at the end of the day! Other than that it’s smooth, solid and a thing of beauty. The media could not be loaded. I’ll review each part independently. Bench 9/10. Actually not a bad bench whatsoever, really enjoy it. The latching could use some work but overall I enjoy it Smith machine 2/10 It’s very wobbly, I would not purchase it again for this reason. Even with 90lbs it’s shaky as can be on a sturdy floor and everything impact driven. The weights do now feel as if they go up evenly even though I balanced level it. I reapplied oil to the bars and it still sticks slightly. The barbell also doesn’t match up. It’s loose on the Olympic 2” portion. Instructions 7/10 except the pulley cable, use the internet video. Assembly about 6-7 hours solo. Very straight forward. Customer service 10/10 Parts were missing and they sent me a 10/25 set of weights for the mistake. Packaging 7/10 I had to boxes that were torn open and that’s where parts came out. The barbell was slightly bent on one end but doesn’t impact performance due to the 2” covering. ... show more

DONT BUY!!! The unit is so complicated to pit together! It took two of us six hours only to find at the end there was a pulley missing. Making the whole thing worthless. I contacted the support that’s obviously in China because they have no grasp of customer service and so far no apology or offer to quickly send the missing part. Imagine spending that long building pretty low quality product with the worst instructions I’ve ever seen only to find that a vital part is missing at the end. Then get treated like crap by their customer service team .DONT BUY!!!! ... show more
