These are decent chairs for the money. I have looked for a while for something that would blend well with my other furniture. I found them easy to put together, with very good instructions. They are a bit firm. Two tips: First, watch the direction of the back legs, which are curved. I bought two chairs and managed to get the back legs on in different directions. Second, when putting in the bolts, don't tighten them all the way until both bolts are finger tight in the leg. You may have to jiggle the leg a bit to get the perfect fit. They will go in pretty easily. Once you do that, you can tighten the leg the rest of the way. You don't have to put on all four legs before you tighten them. ... show more

I was pleasantly surprised by these. There weren’t many ratings but I needed some inexpensive chairs for my short term rental and wow! Sturdy, easy to put together, great fabric. Definitely quality pieces! The backs of the chairs come up past my shoulders so my back feels supported.

nice relatively inexpensive chair Specifics: Packaging: Came wrapped/taped in plastic with the legs/hardware stored in a zippered hollow below the seat of the chair. Legs were ins soft, flexible styrofoam so well protected Assembly: as simple as could be. Took less than fifteen minutes. clear instructions, hardware all included with an extra bolt/washer. Legs clearly marked front, left back, right back. Insert the legs, then insert the washered bolts (you keep the zippered hollow unzipped and screw in the bolts through that area) and use the include wrench to tighten. All the holes matched up, all the bolts went in smoothly and quickly. Could hand tighten to near the end then just a few screws with the wrench. Backrest just slides together Look: It's not "elegant" but it certainly looks fine. We picked it up up for our son's first apartment post-college and it will suit him fine. comfort: it's firm-seated, not the chair you "sink into". I'd call it "comfortable enough". It's definitely not uncomfortable at all, just not one of those "ahh" kind of chairs. And if you prefer firm, you'll like it even more good value/price point quite satisfied ... show more

Lovely high quality fabric and structure make this a great value if you’re looking for a chair with nice support. I consider the style traditional with a midcentury feel. We liked it so much we got another. My husband is 6”1” and he loves the fit and I’m petite and like curling up in it with a good book. You can dress it up with pillows or a throw to match just about any decor. I wish they made a matching ottoman! This is a very nice chair for occasional use but I’m not sure I’d recommend it for the main sitting chair. It was very easy to assemble. There were just four legs that had to be screwed into the frame of the chair which took about twenty minutes total. Then the back got slid in place and it was done! The seat cushion is very comfortable abut I did feel like the arms were a bit low. That will be fixed with a throw pillow and I added a small footstool and it was the perfect chair for a little reading corner in my bedroom. The chair is quite nice looking and the fabric is a nice quality. It would be great for a living room or anywhere you’d like to add an occasional chair. ... show more
