  • Perfect choice for a budget laptop
The renewed model arrived as if it was a new product. The laptop is amazingly quick and responsive. Perfect for everyday use and light editing softwares.

  • Great school Laptop
This is great for school. Doesn't have extra ports. But good and semi fast.

  • Horrible battery, no windows 11 and shuts off randomly
Laptop worked well for about a month, then the battery started dying after 30 minutes of being off the charger. A month after that, the screen started going black randomly (no warning or anything) and all of a sudden the laptop would reboot - Obviously, I hadn't saved anything on the laptop because it was unexpected. That happens about once every two weeks now. About once a month, I get the blue Microsoft screen saying something went wrong and it shuts itself off. If I hop on a zoom or Microsoft teams call, the laptop freaks out the entire time because it does not have the capacity to continue working while on the call. I've had the laptop for about 10 months and definitely need to just buy a new laptop, but I have to save up first. Lastly, there isn't the option to upgrade to Windows 11 because the laptop doesn't have the capabilities. ... show more

  • This is an excellent PC!
The face recognition feature can be hit and miss until going through setup a few times with varying light levels. The PC is quick and boots surprisingly fast. The touchscreen is extremely useful if you don't have your wireless mouse handy. It is light an a convenient size for moving from location to location. The solid state drive is nice for being able to move without shutting down the computer. I personally opted for the surface laptop because I tend to do work away from desks frequently. I would recommend this laptop. ... show more

  • Nice price for the Microsoft Surface Laptop Intel Core
You might be down here checking out the reviews and all like I did. Well let me tell ya, I got the Microsoft Surface Laptop Intel Core i5 7th Gen 8GB RAM 256GB SSD Win 10 Platinum (Renewed) and well it's quite good. Only problem I have with it is, it gets REALLY HOT. If you have the same issue as I do, I recommend turning on the battery saver. I also found a little pink spot and some minor scratches on the Windows Icon at the top. BUT, overall yeah pretty decent! ... show more

  • Recommend this product and seller
Product was as described. Couldnt tell its a refurb, new box, everthing works great. Added the arc mouse as i dont like touchpads and connected well. No problems setting anything up. Looking to a docking hub. This is a good useful machine. Everything runs in the cloud now so provided you keep the ram up this will last you a while. I may have considered the i7 model but this is fine for now and a good deal for the price in my research. ... show more

  • Great For a Windows Device, but....
Loved the screen on the device and the overall aesthetics. No serious problems with performance though Chrome would stutter every now and then. They keyboard travels a bit too much for my liking as I prefer chiclet style and would end up missing keystrokes. Windows Hello is a dream to use - making sign-in SO much faster. I don't understand why Apple doesn't employ this on their Macbooks since they already have facial recognition on iPhones. They'll probably save that for the "next big upgrade" cycle along with a minor bump in power and another year of that god awful butterfly keyboard. (mini-rant over) Anywho, I did end up returning this because I realized I became paranoid about the cloth material on the inside. I have an almost OCD-like paranoia when it comes to caring for expensive electronics and the fact that I had to worry about the oils of my hands dirtying this made the experience very unenjoyable. I didn't like how glossy the screen was and couldn't use it in various lighting situations, but it is very beautiful so that's a sacrifice. I also did NOT like the single USBA port and proprietary charging cable.... get with the times Microsoft. I opted for a cheaper aluminum Chromebook (Acer Chromebook 514), and I don't have to worry about dirtying it. It does everything I need it to do since I have a gaming PC for more intensive tasks (and charges via USBC! - something the surface laptop still cannot do). If you prefer a full fledged windows laptop, this is the one to get though. Top notch build quality.... just disliked the alcantara material on the inside, outdated I/O, and charging cable. ... show more
