Don't buy from this seller. Bought this for my son but the Surface laptop came not factory reset. It had previously been set up for an organization called VillageMD so it was prompting for a login tied to the organization. Called Amazon who connected us to Microsoft, Microsoft rep walked us through a reset that went out to the cloud to download but after it was done after 1 hour, still got the prompt to login to this organization. I'm not sure who is at fault here, the seller or Amazon who shipped it but I'm extremely angry with both, more so with Amazon because they shipped it and bear some responsibility. Moreover, the laptop was not in the excellent condition that Amazon promised. There are smudge marks clearly showing that it wasn’t even cleaned up. ... show more
