The laptop came new literally. The only thing that have like sings of use is the usb port but the rest came new. Super fast. Battery cycles 40 it is nothing. Supper sturdy like a MacBook. I like the size of it and portable and lightweight. Super fast by the way.

Genuinely love my laptop, came in perfect working order exactly as advertised. Wouldn't have guessed it was renewed it was given without being told. Fast, easy to use, and sleek. Nice keyboard, and works with windows 11. The touch screen works perfectly and even passes the one-handed test (can open the laptop with it sitting on a flat surface without using two hands.) Genuinely worth every penny I spent! I named them Hal, hope anyone else who gets their own will love them as much as I love Hal. I'm not much of a gamer, but it can handle having multiple Chrome tabs/windows, Spotify, Discord, Visual Studio code editor, and GitHub open all at the same time. I'd say if it can run all of that, it could surely handle some gaming :) ... show more

Amazon policy is very clear and yet I got shipped a mediocre product that would qualify for "good" condition when I paid premium for an "excellent" condition. I was deceived. I am returning this garbage back to this dubious company. Amazon should audit them periodically. Came pretty much brand new, i use to have the SBL 2 and this is night and day better than the previous gen. I have purchased Amazon Renewed before and have always been happy however this device came with 4 dents in the top cover that are clearly visible from more than 12 inches away. The seller tried to cover the dents with a full top cover sticker however the sticker had started to peel back when I received it so I removed it revealing the dents. These Surface Laptops are beautifully crafted and are purchased partly for their looks so selling one in excellent condition while hiding the dents with a sticker is a bit underhanded. Trying to return it is impossible as Amazon want me to pay for the return shipping and then claim it back, I have had a very bad experience with this in the past. I live in Qatar. ... show more

I currently have 6 different top of the line laptops. Apple Macbook, 2 HP Spectres, HP Envy, Dell XPS and this Microsoft Surface Laptop 3. The Microsoft Surface and the Apple Macbook are the best of all and the Surface could be my favorite one. It has an incredible screen resolution and very quiet keyboard.
