Description

This is Plated Wear Resistant Nozzle for Creality CR-10s PRO Original hotend only. It has fine M6x.75mm threads. Nozzle is made from a 360 brass base material and plated with TwinClad XT coating. TwinClad XT is a nickel composite coating designed for very low friction. It offers one of the lowest coefficient of friction, better than nickel with PTFE co-deposit. The TwinClad XT coating is also very hard and abrasion resistant. If you are working with abrasive Carbon Fiber, Stainless Steel, wood filled or any other metal filled filaments, this will greatly improve the life of your nozzle. • Yes, this is expensive but it is the only nozzle with the correct thread for CR-10S Pro
This is the only nozzle that would thread onto my hotend for the CR-10S Pro so it gets 5 stars

  • Just Buy This Nozzle, It's That Good! CR-10S Pro
First off, when I bought my CR-10S Pro, I had all kinds of problems with flow, layer-alignment and rough surface finish. The Creality supplied nozzles were absolute JUNK! So, after reading the reviews and YouTube videos, I decided to call Micro-Swiss and they patiently listened to my problem-story and told me they were confident their nozzle would make a big difference. So, I ordered one off Amazon because I could get it even quicker. Well, I was stunned! It fixed ALL of my problems! I had super layer alignment, the surface finish had an optical-sheen that I had never seen before; and my flow percentage was reset to 100% giving me now correct object dimensions. I will never use those cheap brass nozzles again after going through 3 of them! Anyway, I purchased this nozzle in 2019 and it is now 2022 and it is still perfect! I recently bought a 0.2mm to make super-miniature parts and it works just fine as well giving incredible detail! Finally, they are well worth money and you won't have to wonder if your nozzle is the problem or 'on-the-way' out! ... show more

  • Great product.
Tbh I don't see any difference in printing nothing noticeable. But I haven't had any issues with it and it's durable. If u have the money why not but you don't need it.

  • Fits CR10S pro Stock hot end
This nozzle fits the M6 x75mm (fine thread) hot end used by creality on the CR10s pro. If you're looking to replace a micro swiss nozzle this isnt that. This is a micro swiss brand replacement of the stock unusual sized nozzle. I swapped nozzles with no issues and extruded 100mm of filament. Result .4mm +/- .02mm measured every 10mm along the extruded plastic. The variance is to be expected based due to inconsistency in the cheap filament I'm using. The .4mm nozzle is .4mm no complaints :) If I'm happy with this nozzle I might pull the trigger on the $65 drop in replacement all metal hotend from micro swiss so I can buy standard nozzles. ... show more

  • My favorite nozzle for carbon fibers pla.
These nozzles last a long time with carbon fiber reinforced filaments. I probably went 15 to 20 kg of abrasive filament before replacing it. I don’t know if it needed to be replaced then but they are cheap enough to not worry about inspecting them.

  • Added to my CR10S Pro
I used this to replace the stock nozzle, which had worn out after running who knows how many rolls of PLA through it. I can confirm that this is for the CR10S Pro, and that installation is a breeze. I am seeing high quality prints once again thanks to this nozzle, and with any luck, I won't have to worry about replacing the nozzle for quite some time. ... show more
