I have actually tried a couple of items like this one and honestly this is the only one that caused zero irritation after. I loved how they made the bottom larger making it easier to hold while carefully working on my face. Also the light adds an extra plus by helping me make sure I’m reaching every hair on my face. The microdermabrasion was a first for me and I am still waiting to see the results in that but it didn’t irritate my skin either and was very easy to use. Also, all the replacements it comes with is great I know I won’t be needing to buy more for a while! The quality in general is amazing can’t wait for good skin days to come. I was surprised at how easy this was to use and it is very effective in removing all the peach fuzz that I used to have to wax. So 5 out of 5 for the actual product. Customer service gets a 10 out of 5! When I originally received my Sonicsmooth there was a bit of a mishap with the packaging so I contacted customer service. After using this, my face felt incredible. It did a fantastic job of removing dead skin and hair, and the built-in light made it easy to see the area I was working on, which is probably my favorite feature. The handle was also very comfortable to hold. The microdermabrasion attachment worked effectively—I focused on the rough areas, and they felt smooth after just a few passes. As a girly that gets peach fuzz often, I like to dermaplane my face every so often. I was using disposable razors that were hard to manage and would often cut. I tried out the sonicsmooth and it was super easy to learn and left my face feeling glowy and smooth! Definitely a must have!
