One of the battery packs arrived swolen and distorted. It's hard gauge from the pictures how swolen it is, so I put it on top of my aluminum level for an attempted reference. You can clearly see the difference between the 2 packs and let me assure you it's much more apparent in person. The product description indicates these are lithium ion batteries, so I was wary enough not to try charging the failed one. The other pack that was not deformed, was able to charge but would output no power and displayed no status lights when plugged into a device (regardless of holding/cycling the power button). I would suggest you steer clear of this product for saftey and functionality concerns. Going forward I ordered from a better kmown brand and have been quite pleased so far with the Anker A1229 10,000mah, albeit slightly larger. ... show more
