I purchased this charging dock as something quick and cheap, and that’s exactly what it is. I read through reviews and all that and thought it would be fine, but like others after only a few uses my Apple Watch cable was trashed. Ive only had this for 2 days, as of writing this. Im no expert but I think the problem comes with how you bend your cable to fit inside. I tried plugging my charger into the wall as normal, and that didn't work anymore. Everything else on the dock works fine, just the watch part is flawed. I just got another charger and I’m going to try having it out of the complicated maze to see if that helps. Edit 9/12/2022: Ive been using the new charger I bought and haven’t had any issues with keeping it out of the internal wire maze. As long as you keep the watch charger outside of the back plate there’s no issues. I coil my charger up in a natural coil that the charger comes as just to keep it tidy (over under technique for you audio engineers and a/v techs). One thing I’ve noticed, the phone charger sometimes doesn’t register my phone and I have to take it off, wait a second, and put it back on, sometimes multiple times. It may just be an issue with my case thickness. I’m improving my rating from 3, to 4 stars simply because the only issue I've had was the horrible design of the internal wire holder, but with avoiding that it works perfectly fine. I’ve had this for months now and would buy again if needed. Edit 12/21/2023: This thing is still going strong. Keeping the rating as is due to the continuation of the issue with it not detecting my phone sometimes. I have a different, thinner case and it still does it sometimes. Watch charger still working fine with avoiding the internal maze as mentioned in my last update. I also found out you can charge your phone landscape for those of you that use the nightstand feature, tho be mindful its not designed for that so your phone will hang off one side of the base and it may fall if you bump the table or something, but it does work. I haven’t used the airpod charging for a while now so I can’t comment on how that holds up, but since its just the male end of a charger sticking out, I can imagine over time that becoming an issue. Tho trying to move it with my finger, the airpod charger doesn’t seem flimsy or poorly installed so it may have a shot at longevity. The only reason I would purchase a different product is purely for aesthetics or for something with less features that I no longer need. This little thing holds up really well, its not super bulky on your nightstand, charges about how one can expect with a magnetic charger, and for the price I don't think it can be beat by some of the other options you can find on Amazon! ... show more

I LOVE this product! However in our move from Japan back to the US, somewhere in transit it decided to stop working (probably operator error). I feel like the port may have gotten messed up somewhere between loading the plane and unloading the plane. I still use it to charge my watch, as that is a separate cable. The item is sleek, and easy to assemble. While my pink one only had a pink light, my husband’s white charging station had different color lights when turned on. The lights are great when it’s dark in the room and you can’t find your charger or if you like to just turn on the lights at any given moment. It really is useful when we have them plugged in to our camper. On the flip side, the company reached out to me and offered to replace or refund me. That alone speaks wonders of how amazing this company AND product is. I opted for a replacement because this charging station takes away so many cords and I am able to charge my air pods, watch and phone at the same time. Truly grateful I came across this product sold by this company. Will definitely be ordering from them again around the holidays for family and friends. ... show more
