I really wanted lids that had a slide closure for travel, but went with these because I thought the straws and cleaners were included. They are not, even though they are pictured. Perhaps it was written somewhere in the fine print. The absence of straws was not necessarily a deal breaker, but after some debate, I decided to return them and order another brand that included straws, cleaners and closable lids.     • Great cup and worth the buy

I bought 2 pink tumblers as gifts for 2 of my 5 bridesmaids. One of my bridesmaids decided not to be in the wedding so she didn’t get a gift. I still went forward with getting them both personalized (one with my name and the other with my 2nd intended bridesmaid). I have used the tumbler multiple times now and I have no complaints. I have yet to give the 2nd cup to my bridesmaid so don’t know what she would think about it, because she doesn’t even know she is getting a cup. While pink isn’t really my color, the cup itself keeps my drinks cold and the exterior of the cup looks very cute. Obviously I wouldn’t go tipping the cup upside to test it like a Dairy Queen blizzard but I would say the seal on the lid is pretty remarkable. I’m too scared to try it in the dishwasher because of fear that the decal will start to peel off so when I use it I just hand wash it out with soap and water (I prefer to hand wash dishes anyway). The color has a very cute and statement worthy matte finish. Overall (aside from the pink color. These cups keep my wine cold which I really like. The problem with these “wine tumblers” is they topple over easily. I am 5’ tall and have small hands so it is difficult for me to lift the cup and set it down easily. If you have medium or large hands, I highly recommend them. The wine stays cold and fresh tasting for several hours. Sparkling beverages loose their sparkle before losing their coolness. That is fine with me however if you like the fizzle in champagne, drink it fairly quickly. The fizz will stick around for an hour or two however it will loose the fizzle before it looses it’s cool. ... show more

    • Nice but Flawed

We washed them in the top wrack of our dishwasher, like the description says you can, but the bottom came off two of the four cups because they were skimpy on the adhesive that's supposed to keep it on. I have 6 kids. I wouldn't buy these if I couldn't put them in the dishwasher. I found one bottom and glued in on with superglue. Doubt that will last, but we'll see. The other cup just has to look ugly because we can't find the bottom. Aside from that, we love them. They keep things hot and cold and you don't burn your hands when you put hot water into them like ceramic would. They have a nice design and finish. We bought 3 colors and the red were the only ones that had the bottoms come off. I'm not sure if it affects performance. It certain affects the appearance! ... show more

These are excellent quality tumblers, with thick and sturdy lids, and the metal straws are the perfect touch- really makes them stand out against others. Purchased for our son and family to use in their camper. They're a good size for the kids for cocoa or cold drinks and big enough for a morning coffee for the adults. I purposely chose this style tumbler instead of handled cups to save wasting space. The lids seal nice to help minimize accidental spills and the straws are the perfect length & angle. The stainless steel makes them durable. Length of hot or cold isn't so much an issue in the decision to purchase. I mean, they will be mostly used by the kids so drinks won't be left sitting long!
