The box came via FedEx and was ripped up and partially opened when it arrived. Caution the box is quite long and heavy! It scratches easily, the directions are just pictures…you definitely need two people to put this bed together. I was missing a few bolts and nuts from my package so I reached out to the company for replacement parts. They were very helpful and timely. The boys really love their new bed. ... show more

I have had other bunk beds and this one is very sturdy and just so you guys know it’s about 5 feet tall. This is for sure a bed for little kids.

Was supposed to be here on Dec 9. Was rerouted multiple times. Is missing multiple pieces.No hard ware, no instructions . I got a refund. Not worth the hassle. It's now Dec 14th. It's destroyed.

This thing is so wobbly, we'll have to add anchors into studs in the walls. Very flimsy, a lot of the metal bars looked like they were creased or damaged in transport.

Update...I did have to purchase a separate later. BUT the company did REFUND me a partial credit, that will go towards the ladder purchased. They were efficient in their response. I am increase my score " 3 stars" due to the good customer service and reply. The product score remains a "2 Star". Parts for ladder wrong.. too long.. box arrived very damaged .. have to buy another ladder to get on top bunk top ... show more
