I spent a lot of time looking for an inexpensive , yet nice enough looking bed for a guest room . I also wanted it to be brown . It’s also a smallish room so I could not get anything that had to big of a frame , it needed to be a thinner style frame . This fit the bill perfectly. I’m not sure for the price you could get any better . I will also say having the proper tools as well as someone who knows how to put things together makes a big difference. I cannot recommend buying this product. It functions as a bed frame, but it's not impressive at all. I bought this mostly because the dimensions fit the space I needed. There are parts that straight up are too big to be installed; don't fit up well and needed to be pounded into place, and it still didn't fit right. When I got this mattress it didn’t come with a box spring so I ordered this. I assembled alone so I definitely suggest having another person with you. The instructions are fairly easy to understand and the tools are handy. There are extra pieces so don’t be alarmed if you have extras. PLEASE! Read the instructions a couple pages ahead. You’ll save yourself time unscrewing some screws lol Seems really sturdy but I would only suggest this bed frame for a temporary one or … if you’re single lol All around a good buy. Screw wouldn’t go all the way down in headboard (not drilled enough), 1 rail wasn’t flesh to the headboard, the other wouldn’t even go in enough for the screw to align. I didn’t build any further. I bought two of these and I am in the process of returning.

Pathetic! It came in looking like a big truck ran over it and several parts were missing. I was lucky enough to get a refund, but I learned NEVER purchase furniture of any kind of Amazon and expect quality. It’s worse than Walmart furniture!!! AVOID AVOID!! My daughter only weighs 42lbs and she bent it just trying to get in the bed!! This was after I tried my best to rig it enough for her to use for just a couple of nights until the new bedroom suit arrived. I also purchased the matching dresser and chest and they were totally destroyed upon arrival. Easy to assemble however some of the pieces are misshaped & you have to bend the metal a bit. The brown frame looks more like a dark purple however it's a great bed for the cost.

Maybe because I put together by myself, but this wasn't very easy to put together. The directions were confusing and was missing a step. I mean I still got it done. Amazing bed frame, love that it is higher so I can use it for extra storage space. It’s just as pictured and was easy for the most part to put together, only down side was one of the bolts wasn’t aligned with the premade holes on the frame.
