This has to be the worse purchase I ever made. Only half of the couch arrived. The ONLY way to contact these people is through email which takes days. When I finally got the hold half of the couch a MONTH later and put it together we learned that the quality is awful. It is very cheap wood, two of the screws that came with it were made wrong and we had to go to the store and buy screws to put it together. The fabric is extremely thin and splits very easily at the seams. Do you have pets? Don’t even dream of letting them up there because as soon as they do (like mine did) their nails will tear it. The cushioning is not good either. You sit down and can feel the wood. Sit for longer than an hour and you’re very very sore. Also make sure you don’t put any pressure on the back of the couch or the wood breaks apart and you have to rig up the couch to where the back is attached still. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This couch is amazing. Super comfortable with plenty of space. The ottoman easily acts as a second chaise. Great size for our small living room. Highly recommend!

On the first day of using the couch, my (120lb) wife broke the armrest by simply using it to help herself up from the couch. When I went to file the return, the manufacturer wanted pictures, but the damaged part was the wood on the inside, and wasn't visible from exterior pictures. On the positive side, the cloth held together even if the wood supports gave out. ... show more

Im very disappointed in this couch. The backs of the couch dont stay on right and lean backwards, the cushions slide, the cup holder piece for the couch wouldnt screw in on all four holes because the holes in the metal and the holes in the couch didnt line up, and the couch isnt very soft. If you sit down too hard or jump on the couch you'll hurt yourself from the wood inside the couch. I wanted my money back but was refused. Guys, dont buy a couch online, go to the store and test out your couch before you buy it. Im stuck with this broken and shoddy couch because of how much i paid for it. Not to mention that just months after getting my couch, the cheap material ripped on one of the cushions, and you cannot flip the cushions over. ... show more
