I have hiked hundreds of miles in them in various climates and now have had to retire them to yard work boots due to the soles starting to break down.     • Very Nice Boot But The Sole Fell Off

The boot is made ok. The the instep in narrow. I can put them on and they are comfortable when on, but getting them needs a shoe horn. Not bad enough to return but if you have a high instep do not purchase this boot. After wearing for 3 months the entire sole fell off the shoe.     • THE $20 EXPERIENCE
I really didn't know what to expect for $20, but I needed a pair of boots for an upcoming variety show I am in. I ordered these as I figured I would wear them during rehearsals and until the show ends and then put them in storage. Not so fast!! These are very lightweight and comfortable boots. They are a bit snug as I wear 13W and these are 13R. With that said, I have no doubt I will be able to wear these without incident. I don't know how long they will last---again---$20---but I have no doubt I will get $20 worth of use from them. Recommended! UPDATE: Having worn these boots, for a couple of days, I feel I need to write an update. While the boots are comfortable and warm the soles are very thin. The boots were comfortable and fit well but after two weeks the sole separated from the rest of the boot. It was held on by what appeared to be hot glue

    • Nice boots and comphy
They fit nice and are well constructed. I have went so far as to check when it is raining so I don't get them wet and wear my other shoes instead. The laces are strong and the ties at the top are in just the right place to make it comfortable on your ankle when you sure it up. I'll likely buy another pair when the ones I am wearing get old. ... show more

Unfortunately, this boot is garbage! I purchased two pairs, and neither of them lasted longer than a few hours before the soles fell off. The seller charged me a restocking fee for one of the pairs because it was beyond the 30 days, but the UPS shipping was free. A better seller would have advised me to simply throw them away instead of going through the hassle of sending them back, only for them to be discarded anyway. You can clearly see that the tread doesn't have any wear on it. ... show more
