Very cute shelves. They come with little blueprints that help you hang them up (the blueprints show you exactly where the holes are, so you can drill directly through the blueprint into the wall to make sure the holes will line up with the actual shelf). They also come with a few little tools, including the tiniest level I've ever seen (I love it dearly). I originally bought them to have a lamp and an alarm clock hang on them above my bed. They're also really nice even if you don't hang them. I previously had them on the walls, but when I did some redecorating and took them down, I ended up setting them on top of some other shelves. It was supposed to be temporary, but I ended up really liking it, because it adds another dimension to the shelves. So I can have something on the right and left of the big, main shelf, then I can put one of these little Amazon shelves in between those two items with something inside it and something on top. I saw these as a suggestion while I was looking for something completely unrelated and I don't know that I've ever been happier with Amazon's magic "you'll like this" algorithm. The shelves are small-i used a composition notebook for scale, but they look great. As others have warned-theyre not solid wood, but they do seem to be constructed well. Now here's the point in the review where I usually get worried-"oh the product was great blah blah blah-but the only way to install it properly was to summon the kraken on a full moon to assist etc" But nope! They came in yesterday while I had 65,000 things to do and I just figured I'd wait to install until today. But last night when I couldn't get to sleep and was bored, I decided to just mark the wall where I wanted them. Yeah, y'all, start to finish took me 30 mins without a drill-and that includes having to re-sorted one shelf because my idiot self didn't check for a stud. These were super easy to install. I love that there were three sizes and then they were pretty high-quality for the price point. My only issue is at the smallest size was pretty much useless. You couldn’t really put anything on it because it was so tiny so perhaps they should do a different size that was a little more useful. These cubes are cute and very easy to install. They are also very sturdy, I tested it by sitting a heavy textbook and my drill on top of each and they didn’t budge. They come three to a box so I ordered 2 sets. As you can see it comes with instructions, guides the size of each cube, screws and anchors, and a level to make sure the cubes are straight. You might want to get some extra screws as they only gave two per cube just in case you drop one and lose it. I currently have no complaints other than get some more colors. ... show more

I have these shelves hung in my dorm room using the kind of Command strips that mimic a nail head, and they are very sturdy, especially with the stabilizers. You can store things both inside and on top of them which I love. I have had zero trouble with and multiple compliments on these. They're cute, practical, and trendy all at the same time. My one warning is that the smallest one is VERY small, smaller than the pictures make it look--but I use it for storing my small jewelry boxes and it's perfect for that. 10/10, would buy again ... show more

Big cube, while hanging the bottom part came apart. It’s made of plywood, I had to use wood glue to glue it back together. You can see where it came apart on the bottom. Poor quality. Afraid to put anything on it.
