I go 10 - 2min rounds averaging 200 punches per minute 4 days a week and then 5 - 1 min rounds with decent combination punches. I am 160lb so not a heavy hitter but this bag has shown no wear, sagging or any other issue. It has been at least 7 months.

This bag is NICE. I love the texture and feel. 90# is light for me, but with a sandbag anchor on the bottom D-ring, it's just fine. The bag it ships in is durable and a tight fit. The straps are well made and quiet when hitting. No chain chatter. Can't beat it (pun) for the money.

This is a really well made product. The sidewall material doesn’t have the same friction burn effect on my knees and elbows that other bags have had. The bag maintains its shape quite well. The height and weight are almost exactly what my upright bag was. Shipping was faster than I expected and I was so pleased with the bag that I bought the anchor to attach to the bottom to restrict movement. And it looks damn good too! ... show more

I've only owned one other Everlast bag, and this Meister is so much beefier and stitched together incredibly well. I see myself getting years of use out of this. I highly recommend this bag. The price reflects the quality. Worth every penny.

The stitching that holds the straps to the bag are garbage. my clothes have stronger stitching. they are single row stitches. nothing sturdy. the stitches ripped out on one of the straps the second time we lifted it to hang it up.
