So, I admit, the pictures, the description,etc. on Amazon had me purchasing this. PLUS the reviews were great, but I didn't love it. It arrived so quickly, it was super easy to put together, and it's a decent couch. It simply sits so far too the ground and just wasn't what I thought. I didn't love the couch, but I do love the customer service. I wanted to return it. I was in the process of returning it, but instead of returning it, they asked me if I would take less refund amount and also keep the couch. As soon as we said yes to avoid the hassle of taking it apart and putting it back in the boxes, they issued the refund. I truly wish I would have loved this couch, because it's not everyday you get such a great customer service team and a stellar experience. ... show more
